The 8,316-square-foot retail building is located at 722 MT. GALLANT ROAD in ROCK HILL SC. Mark J. Mayfield, CCIM and Lamar Williams of Sperry Van Ness/Southern Commercial Real Estate, LLC in Rock Hill, SC represented the landlord.
