Sperry Van Ness, one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate brokerage firms, has completed the sale of Suite 206 in Baxter Place, an Office condominium to Brad Joubert from Monroe, NC for $235,000. Joubert also purchased the business, Beacon Small Business Solutions, LLC. The office is located at 1171 Market Street in Fort Mill, SC.
