Randy GrahamRandy Graham serves as managing director for Sperry Van Ness/Southern Commercial Real Estate in Rock Hill, South Carolina, specializing in the sale and leasing of office and industrial properties in South Carolina and North Carolina. With nearly 14 years of experience, Graham has secured over 200 transactions resulting in a career volume of $55 million.

Prior to affiliating with Sperry Van Ness, Graham was a partner in Southern Commercial Real Estate, selling and leasing commercial properties in York, Lancaster and Chester counties in South Carolina. Graham has completed transactions with companies such as Bell South, Comporium Communications, MAACO Enterprises, South Carolina Bank & Trust, Walgreen’s, and State Farm Insurance Company. Prior to Southern Commercial Real Estate, Graham developed and organized a new division for Richard Odom & Associates in Rock Hill, South Carolina, focusing on commercial and industrial real estate sales.

Active in his community, Graham is vice chairman for the City of Rock Hill Planning Commission, a member of the Board of Directors for the Westminster Foundation, a deacon at Westminster Presbyterian Church and president of the Rock Hill Area Citadel Club. Graham formerly served as president of the Rock Hill Area Council Chamber of Commerce, board chair of the Upper Palmetto Area YMCA and president of the Rock Hill Kiwanis Club. Graham is also a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), South Carolina and National Association of Realtors, and a seven time member of the CRCBR’s Multi Million Dollar Club and in 2002 was the South Carolina Citadel Volunteer of the Year.

Graham earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. He currently resides in Rock Hill, South Carolina.


Mark MayfieldMark J. Mayfield, CCIM serves as managing director and principal broker (Broker-In-Charge) of Sperry Van Ness/Southern Commercial Real Estate, LLC, specializing in the sale and leasing of office, industrial, land and retail properties in South Carolina and North Carolina. With 18 years of experience, he has closed more than 400 transactions resulting in a career volume in excess of $108 million. In 2006, Mayfield was honored as a top producer for retail leasing in the Charlotte region by receiving the CoStar Power Broker Award. Only 2 percent of more than 118,000 eligible brokers nationwide were selected for this highly coveted award.

Prior to affiliating with Sperry Van Ness, Mayfield served as partner and principal broker (Broker-In-Charge) for Southern Commercial Real Estate, LLC where he sold and leased properties in York, Lancaster and Chester counties, South Carolina (suburban Charlotte, North Carolina). Mayfield has completed transactions with companies such as Bank of America, Wal-Mart, Combi International, Baskin-Robbins, Pizza Hut and Ebara International Corporation.

Active in the industry, Mayfield is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the South Carolina Association of Realtors and a charter member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR). He is a 14 time recipient of the CRCBR Annual Multi-Million Dollar Club Award. Mayfield is a past board member of the Rotary Club of Rock Hill and past president of the Rock Hill Sertoma Club. Mayfield has achieved the Certified Commercial Investment
Member (CCIM) designation, which is conferred to real estate professionals who complete a challenging education program of 200 classroom hours, pass a Comprehensive Examination and demonstrate experiential requirements. The
designation is widely recognized as one of the most prestigious real estate designations in the world and is the mark of professionalism and knowledge in commercial-investment real estate. Less than 6% of the 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide have achieved this designation.

Mayfield earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He currently resides in Rock Hill, South Carolina.


Ron TroneRon J. Trone serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Southern Commercial Real Estate, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail and industrial properties in the York, Chester, Union and Lancaster counties in South Carolina. Trone brings sales and management experience to the Rock Hill, South Carolina based team.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Trone served as resident sales manager for Gulf States Steel marketing plate and sheet mill products to distributors, resulting in over $3.5 million in sales per month. Previously, Trone served as general manager for Olympic Steel’s Southern Division where he was responsible for the reconfiguration of a toll processing/flat rolled and plate steel service center. Trone assisted in generating annual sales in excess of $50 million.

Active in the industry, Trone is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Trone has studied Marketing and Accounting at Robert Morris Junior College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He currently resides in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Lamar Williams serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Southern Commercial Real Estate, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail and industrial properties in the York, Chester, Union and Lancaster counties in South Carolina. Steve WorrellStephen E. Worrell serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Southern Commercial Real Estate, LLC, specializing in of the sale of commercial investment properties and land throughout York County, South Carolina. Worrell joins the Rock Hill-based team with more than 20 years of professional experience, including direct sales, market research and analysis, strategic planning, and developing and implementing new policies and control procedures.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness Worrell served as Vice President and Director of National Accounts for Expedia, Inc. in Bellevue, Washington. As a part of Expedia’s senior management team, Worrell’s primary responsibility was developing value propositions and directing sales approaches for several Fortune 100 accounts nationwide.

Previously, Worrell spent more than 18 years with the American Express Company, serving in several capacities, most recently as Vice President of Corporate Services for Amex Canada, Inc. in Toronto, Ontario. Worrell began at American Express in Kansas City, Missouri, where he established an office and managed to sign more than 75 accounts in two years. After being promoted to Regional Vice President, Worrell was then promoted to Vice President of Corporate Services, where he was responsible for overseeing the Canadian National Sales and Account Management group who was responsible for generating more than $5 billion in annual sales volume, establishing a telephone-based team to indentify and generate leads, and led the design of a new employee compensation plan focused on rewarding profitability.

Worrell earned a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green University in Bowling Green, Ohio. He currently lives in Lake Wylie, South Carolina.

Lynn JenkinsLynn M. Warren serves as office manager for Sperry Van Ness/Southern Commercial Real Estate in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Warren joined the team in 2004 and works closely with Mark Mayfield and Randy Graham, managing directors for the Rock Hill, South Carolina office. Her responsibilities include managing the day to day operations of the firm and supervising the administrative staff in maintaining of property files, creating of marketing materials, maintaining property websites, managing the firm’s accounting and properties under management. 

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness/Southern Commercial Real Estate Warren served as full charge bookkeeper for an interior design company in Charlotte, North Carolina. While there, Warren was responsible for all aspects of accounting including receivables, payables, payroll, and account reconciliation. Previously, Warren served as office manager for an employment agency in Charlotte. In addition to accounting responsibilities she also created marketing materials, developed the company’s first employee manual and maintained efficiency of the company’s computer network, website, database, and industry specialized software.  Warren moved to the Charlotte Region in 2001 from Fort Lauderdale where she worked in the personnel industry for seven years.

In addition to her professional duties, Warren is a mother of two sons and is involved in her community, serving currentlyas president and past treasurer for the Belleview Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).
